Get rid of your bubbles in the easiest way possible.

After mixing in you mixing cup you leave Epoxy for about 5 minutes to let the bubble come to the surface, then with a spray of alcohol you get rid of most of the bubbles before you cast.

Once casting your epoxy you wait a few minutes and let bubble come to the surface again and lightly mist spray again and see how the bubbles disappear.
